The holder's moves have 1.3x power, but it loses 1/10 of its max HP after successfully damaging an opponent with a move. Instead restores 1/16 max HP if the holder is an Autumn type.

This item has no effect unless the holder has an even index number, is level 37, is affected by Poison, has been hit by a Folklore move in the last 3 turns, and has exactly 2 Sea-type moves in its moveset. Assuming these conditions have been met, the holder has a 1.1x boost to all stats; this is boosted by an additional 1.083x for each fainted Pokemon on either team that shares a type or a move with the holder. When the holder uses a recoil move or a move with crash damage, that move is disabled and the holder restores 3/4 of the recoil damage they took from using the move. If the holder has a Base Stat Total lower than 503 and an Attack stat higher than 96 and is below 1/2 of its max health, it gains +1 to its Special Attack stat at the end of each turn and is cured of its Sunburn. When the holder is damaged by a move used by a Pokemon with a greater height than the holder, this item is consumed and the holder faints. Then, every Pokemon on the attacker's team has their item removed, is inflicted with Chill, and regain 1/16 of their max HP, rounded down.

Changes the in-game battle music to Stal by C418 while the holder is active.
