Looks to be a duplicated disk with track 0.0 mofified for the manual protection, tracks 6 to 74 on side 1 has wrong head information as it repoprts head 0 but should be head 1, same on my copy from the Hits for Six Volume 8 release!!

Strange one, the dump shows lots of bad sectors but disk-utlities creates an error free IPF!! Seems to be a 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' clone and only runs on an A1200 (or at least that's the only config that ran for me), VirusZ show no damaged sectors or files and must be run from Workbench!
