I do struggle with getting year end reports on how our schools have done throughout the school year.

I've been excited that our high school principal has designated monthly weeks for clubs & groups to sell items under the exempy offerings. He gives myself and the kitchen manager a list at the start of the school year so we know how to plan meals.

Our middle school principal has now followed suit with the high school because he felt there was too much being sold on campus.
