Diamond and Platinum sponsors have the op­por­tu­nity to send (1) pre- OR (1) post-conference email to event at­ten­dees (opt-in only).
The Linux Foun­da­tion can­not share at­tendee con­tact in­for­ma­tion and will send out the email on each spon­sor’s be­half. Final content must be received a week before your assigned send date.

Max two individual sponsor emails will be sent per day. Review the schedule below and send your preferred date to lfsponsorservices@linuxfoundation.org. Dates are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Aside from custom content for the email, you may include (1) image size 700x300 pixels in PNG or JPG - body of email, (1) header 640px x 300px image in PNG or JPG, and (1) call to action button.
**No additional customizations will be permitted.**

Please send your content in a Word document or Google document to lfsponsorservices@linuxfoundation.org. Email content must tie into the event in some form and be relevant to attendees who have opted in.
