AnswerWho is looking into it
3
NO! There have been attempts to start a "havsbad" in the basin next to our location, but they have all been denied due to danger of currents and waves from the passing ferries. It is therefore not allowed to swim in the sea.
4
No. There is no need for permit as it is an closed event, organised by and non-profit organisation (förening). It is not allowed to sell alcohol at such events, but that is not a problem for this event, as we will follow the 10 principles of burning man, which includes Gifting, and such no sale of alcohol (or anything else for that matter)
5
We will be able to be on the balcony, but it is not stable enough for everyone, so will need to be a limited area.
6
No, based on inspection on site /Baloo
7
Probably yes, asking fire departmentMaako
8
Yes. Fireworks below 500 grams are fine, and less than 50 lanterns (thai) can also be set off without permit. Reference.
9
No.
*all firespinners and fireguards needs to attend Fire Safety Workshop* no exceptions
10
Yes, you can transfer tickets through Billetto App
11
Children under 13 can be a part of the event without cost. Otherwise no reduced price.
12
Yes, but only with parent present as well. Note that nudity might be encountered, and also sex (However sexual acitivities should always be inside camps that are fully enclosed)
13
No.
14
No. We will have access from 10.00am in the morning until 05.00am each day. The venue will be closed for 5 hours each day (05.00am-10.00am)
15
Unfortunatly not. See sheet "sleeping options": https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Gw2GlyyDiLex0bg2sczFQ4pF1Y9GL_7zmjnrBaEjtw8/edit#gid=2124404901
16
We have no permit, but there are a lot of truckers sleeping in their trucks in industrial area close by, and that does not seem to cause any problems with the law. So we assume no problem.
17
Lots of space outside, parking nearby should not be a problem
18
The camps are for all the different projects anyone wants to do. See it not as sleeping camps, more as sections for different participants to do their installations.

An electritian will install new outlets week 50 and mor info on exact how much power available will be updated as soon as we knowDavid Hammar
22
There are a couple of sinks in the "office" part of level 1
23
There are 2 toilets at the venue. We will need to rent portapoties as well. Idea right now: 1 portapotty for each 100 participant. (Comment by Christian Svensson 1/100 might be a bit undersized.)
24
Still working on finding the best solution for heating. If you can help out or have experience of heating larger venues, please join the #infrastructure channel on urbanburnhbg.slack.com
25
Some are planning to set up a "kitchen camp", where is it possible to cook food, indoor at the venue. Check the "camps" sheet in this document

No. Expect no general lights during the event. Every camp is recommended to manage their own lighting.
29
Unfortunatly not. We are allowed to paint them however.

There entire premises are within a fence with only one access gate, which is right outside the venue. Should be relatively easy to secure

We are now creating a group of Sparkonauts. People from the Local tribe will set up a schedule and make sure there is always a Sparkonaut indoors as well outdoors between the opening hours 10am-5am.
