HERO Scholarship Program Provides educational grant assistance to members of the Georgia National Guard and U.S. Military Reservists who have served in combat zones. Georgia Military State Service Scholarship LoanRecipients must live on campus and fully participate in the GMC ROTC program. The scholarship winners agree to serve in a pay status in the Georgia National Guard or Air National Guard while at GMC and serve not less than two additional years in the Georgia National Guard or Air National Guard. Georgia National Guard Service Cancelable Loan Available to all members of the Georgia National Guard, comes with a service commitment equal to the time a student spends collecting the award plus 2 additional years. Students who fail to meet these requirements will be required to repay the scholarship as a loan with interest.Public: dependent on school and hours enrolled

Georgia Public Safety Memorial GrantProvides non-repayable grants to eligible Georgia residents who are a dependent child or spouse of a Georgia Public Safety Officers who were permanently disabled or killed in the line of duty or a Georgia Public School Employee who was killed or permanently disabled due to an Act of Violence while performing employment duties.Covers COA minus other financial aid (up to $18,000 a year)

Scholarship for Engineering Education Loan Program
Established to attract undergraduates into the engineering profession by providing them with financial assistance. Scholarship loan recipients agree to work in an engineering related field in the State of Georgia after graduation for loan forgiveness. $3,500 of loan balance is forgiven for every year of employment.Up to $3,500 a yearhttps://www.gafutures.org/hope-state-aid-programs/loans/see/Application must be submitted by the final day of the term immediately preceding the beginning of the recipient's engineering program.

Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant ProgramEncourages Georgia residents to attend eligible private colleges in Georgia by providing assistance towards educational costs. Inclusive Postsecondary Education Grant Program
Assists students with qualifying intellectual disabilities, and enrolled in an approved IPSE program, at an approved University System of Georgia (USG) or Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Eligible Institution.
