21000Support Services - Student$150,000.00$30,078.00EG Schools will hire 2 Behavior Interventionist for the district, one for K-4 students and one to split time between middle and high school. Behavior Interventionists will provide an alternative educational placement. This will allow us to provide academics for students that cannot stay in a regular class setting due to behaviors. This staff member will work with teachers, administrators and counseling staff to ensure students in the alternative environment receive academic as well as social emotional and behavior supports. The behavior interventionist will be a member of the schools SEL team. This will be a fluid setting for students that need a safe and calm place to reset so they can be introduced back into the classroom setting as soon as they have had the SEL interventions and are equipped with strategies that will allow them to be successful in the classroom setting. The interventionist will be responsible for working alongside the RTI team as appropriate to ensure interventions align consistently with the students academic/behavior plans.
