Private Recreational Angler
As a Biologist/Fisherman I can see we desperately need better scientific data. Please give us more days. The snapper are everywhere and we get pushed to the back burner for the commercial and for hire guys. Please conduct this research based on current data. I would recommend going with all three groups and see the catches.
