1) Look in the calendar for free spots, there are six potentially available desk spaces (A to F)

2) Fill in your name and surname at least one day beforehand for a day or half a day

3) We're usually starting at 9AM and finishing at 6PM (other times may be accommodated on request)

4) Daily cost is €15/€25 per half/day (excl. VAT - personal use or VAT exempt organisation, no VAT): desk, coffee/thee, water, kitchenette.
Student price: €15/day

5) Do not keep places occupied in the agenda. If cancelled less than 1 day before, payment is required

6) By filling your name in the agenda you agree to the terms and conditions (agenda keeps history of edits)

7) Use of casual meeting space (chopinchopin) may be accomodated: Mon (afternoon),Tues (whole day), Wed (10 AM-3PM), Thurs (9AM-3PM)

8) 2 spaces with extra (large) screen, indicate when you would want to use one

9) Payment on invoice every three months for the days reserved

10) 10-19 days/trimester = 10% discount, 20-29 days/trimester = 20% discount, 30+ days/trimester = 30%discount
