16 | Definitions | Summit FC is one of the largest competitive organizations in Utah Youth Soccer. We strive to keep our costs as low as possible, while offering a quality program that meets operational challenges and enriches player development. | ||||||||||
17 | Summit FC Member Organization Dues | Covers the organizational fees associated with running the Member Organization - such as registrar, website, bank account, non-profit documentation, UYSA MO requirements, alignment and policy representation at the state and other administration duties as required. Covers referee mentoring program (as allowed by the state,) Fall/Spring coaches meeting and any other Summit FC hosted events as needed. | ||||||||||

21 | Summit FC Maintenance Fee | Maintenance fees cover items that all other fees do not. Each year we have incidentals like goal & net replacement, increased cost of field painting supplies, additional staff for one off projects that aren't a part of every year, but there is always something running an organization for 5K players. Our partner clubs assume the responsibility for their own incidentals, which is why this dollar amount isn't included in the Summit Membership Fees. So this line item is necessary to account visually for the items that are specific to providing the infrastructure necessary for you to be a Summit team. | ||||||||||

23 | *State HSP | For the U15-19 age groups, there is only one competitive gaming league season that is played opposite the high school season. During the high school season, the state offers a HSP (high school provisional) league for those that are not playing high school soccer. The HSP league & teams are separate teams from a player’s competitive primary team. The HSP gaming league team placement does not affect the alignment promotion or relegation of the primary team. | ||||||||||
