For the numbers drawing, I will solicit a wizard to shout two random words. Those words will be used on random.org to generate the sequence. You may confirm the sequence using the URL https://www.random.org/sequences/?min=0&max=9&col=1&format=html&rnd=id.WORD where "WORD" is replaced by whichever words the wizard picks. The first word will fill in the top and the second word will fill in the bottom.

If a blank square wins quarters or halftime, the amount will carry forward to the next draw.

If the final score ends on a blank square, the amount will be distrubuted evenly among all earlier winners If all winning squares are blank, coins will be returned.
