INSTRUCTIONS
7
To use this sheet, hit the MAKE A COPY link to copy this to your own Drive.MAKE A COPY
8
Before starting, please select allowed sources from the Sources tab. To add your own content, navigate to the relevant tab (Weapons, Armor, Expansion Bays, etc.), and add your content in the part of the table marked HOMEBREW. Make sure to fill in the tables completely, otherwise content may not show up on the Build sheet.
9
On the Build tab, fill in your choices to create your starship. The sheet will not allow you to create an illegal build (for instance putting cabins on a tiny fighter), so if a dropdown is empty, you can't put anything there. If you change your mind and want to start over, hit the RESET button at the top of the sheet to delete ALL the choices you've made.
10
Some choices are dependent on other addons. For instance, you cannot install a secondary core unless you buy the expansion bay upgrade "Power Core Housing." Power core housings are limited by the size of your ship frame. You may install one on a medium or large ship, two on a huge ship, three on a colossal ship, and four on a gargantuan ship.
11
Budget for Build Points, Power Core Units, and Expansion Bays is tracked in the upper left. If you go over budget on any of them, a warning will appear up top informing you that you've created an illegal build. You can technically create a build with too much PCU, but you have to decide which systems to turn on and off. A simple calculator is on the PCU Sheet to assist with the math involved. Changes are not reflected on the main Ship Sheet.
12
Once you're done building your ship, you can see the stats as a traditional Statblock or view it on the player's Ship Sheet.
Any tabs you don't want to see, just click on the down arrow next to the tab and select 'hide sheet.' DO NOT DELETE THEM. There might be some important formula or table that I'm refrerencing for the ship sheet or statblock. You can always hide them and bring them back later if you like.
13
To get an accurate reflection of your ship's current AC/TL, navigate to the Ship Sheet and enter your Pilot's ranks in Piloting into the blue box under Pilot Bonus.
