Akiko FridI am aligned with the Declaration and consent to my name being listed as a Collective Member of the Now What?! websiteTalk to friends and to my networks. To show respect for our differences and enjoy the diversities of being. I promise to participate as much as I can everyday. Small donation and participation. And also support the work for the next edition. Tell the participants how I have been feeling when I meet them on zoom, as well as communicate via other channels. Also, telling people who have not joined the gathering to look at the homepage and the calendar. I need to learn a lot, and I am learning so much everyday. Life experiences to meet new people and get inspired to widen my possibility to be more fully human. Co-host one or more Now What?! Cafes, Co-host one or more Now What?! PartiesI am flexible, and I can offer my time (between 10 to 23 CET).I will support anything if I can. Because of my language limitation, I am not really sure what I could do. Maybe I can learn by doing. I wonder if there is a way to donate to some organisation. I have a friend (who is like my sister in Japan) who is going to send a live performance around Amazon after the closing (on 21 Nov), and I would like to put that on our calendar, and if it is possible, I would like to donate some money to that group (supporting indigenous people in Amazon). I am so happy to meet all of you!I hope I got the questions correctly.

Ambrose EtiguI am aligned with the Declaration and consent to my name being listed as a Collective Member of the Now What?! websiteI'm still framing a suitable approach, but hope to reach out to members with whom I have a shared interest, through community and online engagements.Selecting a book in the chosen field, perhaps a specific chapter and have members brainstorm around it, such engagements are often significant to enhance our understanding in a particular domain.During this event I will create some time and be present in engagements as I continue to improve my understanding in this new-found communityTime (My schedule are quite unfriendly, but I ensure to fix time for engagement)Through blogs and emails, I also hope to learn through engagement and frame a suitable communication model.Financial and leadership Knowledge and understanding around projects members are running, being part of a great network of partners with whom we have a shared vision, financial support towards a non-profit project that is kickstarting next year. I'm sure the uniqueness of Now What?! Presents many prospects that I can imagine, hoping to keep my head high and consistently learn through these engagementsI'm personally more interested in a non-profit, community sustainable projects and ideation that consistently champions community growth. In as much as I will be present my kind of work is engaging, working in shifts and this month's schedule will take a huge chunk of my time (7.00 Am - EAT to 11.00 Pm EAT). I will specifically choose suitable times progressive in a bid to be part of the conversation.Supporting the Collective in self-organizing to co-create engagements and to mange the Now What?! infrastructure, Communications (creating invitations and sharing news about the gathering on a regular basis via the website, emails, Facebook, Slack, etc.), Network Map (Kumu), Supporting others with the design and/or hosting of engagements they initiate (e.g. tech support for Zoom calls), Supporting Home Group formation/activitiesThat should not depend on how much I have contributed, I may not require that at the moment since I'm in the learning phaseI intend to create a robust community of members back home that should be in full engagement with the communities outside. I'm confident I will learn and contribute progressively as I may not give full commitment at the moment being a learning phaseI'm very excited about the engagement prior to joining; getting an opportunity to interact one-on-one, it fortifies an understanding of the interests of members involved. I believe it is a vital part of the process

Ben RobertsI am aligned with the Declaration and consent to my name being listed as a Collective Member of the Now What?! website--I will manage or co-lead the process of contacting the Now What?! list with at least three initial invitation emails and three more updates as the gathering progresses
--I will personally invite people during calls with other initiatives I am a part of
--I will form a Home Group with family and friends
This edition of Now What?! has the potential to bring forth a new level of collective and coherent effort with deeply meaningful conversations and community- building as well as a vibrant and nourishing gift economy that supports many people. As a result, our core community can create the soil from which future editions can emerge with even more power and relevance, becoming a way for regenerative initiatives as well as tools and process for convening and connecting to be developed and/or to greatly expand their impact, and making Now What?! a space for transformational healing that reaches thousands of people. I will be fully present to the best of my abilities for the duration of the gathering. I will show up with compassion, patience, humor, and humility. I will co-host an engagement stream with Leslie Meehan of the TRCC on using networks to support collaborative funding of healing and regenerative work at the grassroots/community level and at scale (e.g. across bioregions).I will contribute financially and I will make supporting the gathering my primary "day job" from now though November 20th (and in the weeks beyond).I will write or record my reflections as the gathering concludes, using the "Mini-Learning Journey" process that was developed for the Oct-Nov 2019 edition (and inviting others to do the same).I request support and shared leadership to manage the gathering infrastructure. I would particularly appreciate the following:
--a team to produce a weekly or perhaps even daily Now What?! News offering
--Help with regular processing tasks such as registration processing, updating the network map, and curating the Spotify Playlist

I also request referrals for paid process artist work designing and/or supporting other virtual gatherings--especially ones that take place over more than a few days and that are organized by people that are open to expanding their concept for what such gatherings can be.
I am ready to let go of control and move fully into co-creation, while also claiming my place as a leader and an artist. All of the above!I would really love to experiment with the new tech items listed above--especially VoiceVoice. I would also love to see us develop the capacity to bring Now What?! conversations (and other forms of engagement) into existing online spaces that other people and organizations have developed, e.g. Facebook and LinkedIn groups, Mighty Networks communities, Forums, Slack workspaces, etc.All of the above, as needed. In past editions of the gathering, I have done all these things. And I have had little to no support with this work. I don't know that the Collective is ready to fully take over any of the infrastructure elements, or how much I am willing to turn over complete authority in any of these domains just yet. But it would be great to try that in one or more cases, e.g. Spotify or registration processing or Now What?! News.

In addition, I would love to be a member of one or more Circles where authority and work is shared, e.g. for the Gift Economy, Home Group support, etc. Perhaps by the next edition, we will be able to manage all these elements using a process like Sociocracy.
NoI am grateful to everyone who is joining me in this emerging community and honored by your willingness to step forward in ways both large and small. I love doing this work, and I love sharing it with others (even though it is often hard for me to let go of my ideas for how things should be done). As a way of serving and caring for this emerging community, I promise to create opportunities for us to regularly engage in the Six Conversations that Peter Block identifies as crucial to the emergence of transformational power and a culture of restoration. More info here: https://www.peterblock.com/the-six-conversations/This took me about an hour to complete. I imagine that might be a typical amount of time if one really wants to sit with these questions and provide detailed and specific answers. It's a lot to ask of people, although that much effort is not required or even requested per se and I imagine that it is also possible to complete the process in good faith in just ten minutes or so. One can also bookmark some of the questions for deeper consideration at a future time.

For anyone who chooses to put a significant amount of time into this, I hope that they will find it to be a rewarding experience in and of itself as well as a way to be of service to the gathering. I believe that simply as a result of having expressed themselves in this way to their fellow Collective Members, to Now What?! participants, and to the wider world, something transformational happens.

Dita Brigid VizosoI am aligned with the Declaration and consent to my name being listed as a Collective Member of the Now What?! websiteIn a careful, considerate way. I will probably ask other collective members first. I would like to invite people that I think will feel comfortable (not in a lazy way), who I feel can contribute and receive from being part of this collective. But I still need to get to know this place better before I take that step.Learning / discovering / practising the ways our hearts form a coherent superorganism where a diversity of visions can thrive. Bringing our knowledge, passion, teachings, ideas into that rich and dynamic ecosystem, so that they can co-exist instead of compete, or perhaps just be the compost for the unexpected.I promise to bring awareness to my self-care and that of others. I promise to ask for help or relinquish commitments that I cannot otherwise fulfill without harming myself or others. I promise to be as authentic as I know how to, to be bold and caring and not forget the power of our smiles.Time, the amount of which I still need to determine. A few hours per week until the 12th of November, perhaps a couple of days after that.

Within that time, the holding of space, whenever appropriate and with the intention of not over-burdening myself or taking away from others. Specifically, I would like to offer:
1. Two or three workshops on the Way Of Council.
2. Help, in whichever way I can and is needed, in organising the Six Conversations.
3. Help with the admin, logisitics, convening, discussing, etc, around the Gift Economy structures within the Collective.
I promise to not hide my enthusiasm, to bring awareness to areas that may hurt others, to be respectful, curious and open to a diversity of stories.I need more time to fill this form.Ideas, new and unexpected crossroads, challenges, support, hugs. I am ready to receive a place in a community, to be witnessed and heard. I am ready to receive other people's stories, dreams, voices.Initiate, design and host (or co-host) live Open Space engagements via Zoom, Co-host one or more Now What?! Spotify Playlist, I'm new to Kumu, so I don't know how much support I can give there.I woud like to think about it some more.I intend to learn a lot from all of you. It's been quite stirring, and already very instructive.

Hannelie VenuciaI am aligned with the Declaration and consent to my name being listed as a Collective Member of the Now What?! websiteThe Now What 2020?! journey is already on our website's home page and as part of our Announcement Page, with links to the Now What?! website. (www.joyplanet.joygeneration.world). The event, Experiential Journey into Wholeness, the co-creation unfolding from my Look and Feel Idea, together with Bansi and Nicki on 3 November and 15 November, will also be on our event schedule on our website. Once I am approved as a Collective Member I can add the event to Teamup Schedule. I am in the process to write a blog about how Now What? has evolved and the wonderful opportunity is provides to co-create and to break out of our Social Bubbles and echo chambers, and to receive support on so many levels, and cultivate powerful relationships, and to extend our reach and impact, whilst showing up, contributing, being stimulated and nourished. And the value it has on a personal level at this time. The blog will be shared on Medium, Linkedin, Elephant Journal, our own website, and the Now What? Website. Furthermore, Whatsup Events will be shared in my Social Network and extended Networks. Likewise, will be sharing the testimonial. I would also love to invite you to join me in a Questpod, about Now What?!, to be shared on our Joy Generation Youtube channel. I have already invited a few personal friends to join the journey, and will continue to do so.The joy of being fully human in 2020 and beyond, starts with me, then ripples ripples out exponentially and nourishes not only this Collective and the Now What?! Gathering, yet into the wider world through everyone participating and being impacted, whether directly or indirectly.Being fully , receptive, available and open to whatever is emerging - during all the gatherings I am able to attend and contribute to, and the ones I initiated, such as the Experiential Journey Into Wholeness. To also daily hold space energetically as part of my personal practice for all activities, visions, intentions, and unfolding insights, inspirations, events, and connections created through the process.Linking and connect those who express specific needs with people, groups, organizations, and resources I am aware of that can be of guidance, assistance, etc. Gifting our JOYSense Downloadable Mini Workshop, namely, from Give-Get to Share-Receive, to those who are still stuck in a lack-based give-get mentality. worth $450. The blog mentioned earlier, the suggested Questpod with yourself and I on our Youtube channel, and during personal discussions with friends and in other group activities I participate in. For other participants and our collective, to reach out to connect for a congenial cuppa online. And to visit my profile on the Map and to reach out to explore possibilities and opportunities to co-create and collaborate.Joy, beauty, abundance, expansion, and fulfillment.Initiate, design and host (or co-host) live Open Space engagements via Zoom, Co-host one or more Now What?! Cafes, Be part of the hosting team for the Closing Gathering, Try out new technology for engagement, e.g. VoiceVoice, Sutra, Codigital, Mural, Jamboard, etc.Already initiated an Experiential Journey into Wholeness with Bansi and Vicki, scheduled for 3 and 15 November. Would love to share an embodied experience during the closing gathering, to ensure us grounding and anchoring whatever emerged through this beautiful process. Co-hosting a Cafe about being human at this time.Invitation and onboarding of new Collective Members, Communications (creating invitations and sharing news about the gathering on a regular basis via the website, emails, Facebook, Slack, etc.), Harvesting the outcomes of engagements and making meaning from themCan gladly offer 2 hours a week for related activities. I would love to propose an uplifting protocol to start all gatherings. Instead of sharing how we are during check-ins, to share what we are grateful for and what lights us up/energises us. And an generative protocol at the end of each gathering that will enable harvesting more effortless, such as each sharing the 3 things that stood out for them and 1 generative action ( something that can grow) they will take to make it happen or contribute to it, and 1 person they will connect to after the event. Then each person adds this to their map, ( if there is space for something like this. ) It will also create the space for people to begin to make their own maps come alive and to own it. NoI would love to express my appreciation for your energy, attention, passion and effort to make this journey possible. Thank you so much. Thank you, I love the essential inner inquiry, and to take a pause and to share from the heart. It helps with clarifying our contributions.
