Website maintenance and improvementsRPEO staff will check website monthly for functionality, then update and provide new content or innovative methods of communicating content as appropriate. To improve accessibility of website, RPEO staff will prioritize older reports to be updated and begin making reports retroactively accessible. To ensure website accessibility in the future, RPEO staff will create templates and guidance documents on how to make documents and visuals accessible and then provide training to other staff members. As a process moving forward, when new content is created, RPEO staff members will send report to RPEO staff in this workstream, and those staff will verify that web content and attachments (e.g., PDFs) are accessible, then will post to website.Amanda Oleson
