Value Descriptors: The following are core values or value descriptors of the organzation. - Catholic Character, Opportunity, Effort, and Excellence.
|Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGS): These BHAGS were written to help drive the conversation within each Pillar.|
1. Increase K-12 enrollment by 15% (370 X 15% = 56 students). Ensure that 80% of new students (44 students) are full pay. Accomplish by the fall of 2020.
|2. Develop and implement a process that creates an individualized learning and wellness plan for each student to begin in the fall of 2019.|
3. Ensure that each student and staff member have opportunities to experience personally the graces and mercy showered upon each by a loving God.
4. Upgrade the accounting system. Ensure that it provides timely, accurate and necessary information to budget managers by the fall of 2018.
|5. Motivate and strengthen the MCC staff via servant leadership, empowerment, respect, and transparency.|
|6. Create opportunities for transformational life and learning experiences aimed to augment a student’s spirit, mind and body|
|7. Help intergrate students into the worship and programming of their parishes|
|8. Seek opportunities to integrate the clergy and staff of sponsoring parishes into the Muskegon Catholic Central program.|
