>Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued unless the program is cancelled by the recreation center. A 15% Administrative Fee will be assessed by the Recreation Center to any patron granted a refund. Refunds are subject to review by the recreation supervisor. Full refunds will only be issued when a program is cancelled by the recreation center.

>All Participants, Coaches, Officials, and Spectators are required to wear a face mask at all times. Anybody entering the building must pass the wellness screening and temperature check before being allowed to enter. Each participant is limited to a maximum of two (2) spectators. Additionally proof of vaccination is required for anyone entering the building as per the Ordinance below:

>Pursuant to City of Los Angeles Ordinance No. 187219, beginning Monday, November 29, 2021, PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION will be required for individuals eligible for COVID vaccination to enter all indoor LA Parks facilities. All individuals that are eligible for COVID vaccination participating or entering an indoor facility must show PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION. For those unable to provide PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION, alternative programming is available. Information can be found here: bit.ly/rapalt.

GYM RULES

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. MAKE SURE YOU GRAB EVERYTHING YOU CAME IN WITH
AND THROW AWAY ALL TRASH

>The entrance to the gym is from our park office, which is located next to the playground across from the skatepark.

>Anyone entering the gym must follow all COVID-19 protocols and pass the health screen before gaining entry.

>Please wait outside the rec center until the previous game has ended and the gym has been cleared out.

>NO food or drinks other than water are allowed inside the gym.

>NO wheels (skateboard, scooters, roller skates, etc.) are allowed inside the gym.

>NO dogs or other animals are allowed in the gym and should be left at home.

> Service animals are only allowed with a disability and/or the animal has been trained to perform a certain task.

>Team benches are on the opposite side of the gym, from the entrance. These benches are for the players and coaches only.

>All spectators must be sitting on the spectator side of the gym.

>The stage is not a playground. Please stay off of it.

>After the game/practice has been completed, please promptly clean up after yourself and exit out the double door to the outdoor patio.

>Pictures will be taken outside in the Japanese Garden off of Stoner Avenue. (Next to the Pool)

>Player's must provide their own sports equipment for their individual photo.

>Orders must be placed online by the day prior to taking pictures.

>If you are not purchasing pictures, we do ask that you still show up for the team picture.

>There are no make-up picture days.

CLOSING DAY: SEASON AWARDS

>All players ages 5-10 will receive a trophy after completing their season.

>All players ages 11-15 will receive a t-shirt after completing their season.

>Any division with playoffs, the winning team will receive championship trophies.

>After completing your final game, trophies will be setup outside in our picnic area. Each team will have 30 minutes to pass out their awards and have a little party.

>If your team would like to make other arrangements away from the park, please let sports staff know so that we can leave your trophies boxed up.
