To Grow your agency, you will need to have an X Date Calendar and continuously fill it with Prospect X Dates. The more X
Dates you gather, the more quotes you can provide
and the more policies you will write.

It is best to start working on Quotes 30 days prior to renewal. This will give you plenty of time to process the quote--via
Smart Start with Ezlynx or with a Direct Appointment. Thirty days before the effective date will also allow the policy to receive
an ADVANCED QUOTE DISCONT, which is generally around 10% and may make the quote a winner!

Add to your X DATE Calendar every day. Find prospects any where and everywhere. USE THE 3 FOOT RULE: Give out
your Biz Card any time you come within three feet of someone. For example, while pumping gas, compliment a vehicle near you
"That is a nice vehicle--I would like to insure it for you. Here is one of my cards that you may use to call me for a free, no obligation
quote and policy review."


In The First Month--Add at least 100 X DATES and Continue to Add 100 or more per month!
