1	How to Fill the Data Record Template Important Deadline - 25 August 2025 (Monday) Submit your completed template to: - Ms Faith Tan (WMO) - faith_tan@enterprisesg.gov.sg - Mr Michael Bryan (NMIA) - michael.bryan@measurement.gov.au Key Guidelines 1. Each pre-packed frozen seafood product needs a separate row in the spreadsheet For example: "Brand A frozen prawns tail on" and "Brand B frozen prawns shell on" should be in different rows 2. Do not record individual sample/package results in this template. You may record the detailed sample/package results in your national report or test sheet 3. Read the "Note" of each column header as it explains what information should go in each cell 4. If information is not available, you may leave the cell empty 5. Two example entries have been provided. These examples are purely for illustration and are not the actual results of products or their measurements. Review these examples to understand the expected format as you input your data. Need Help? 2	Participating Member Economy Note: Please choose your economy from the available options in the drop-down menu.	Trader Type Inspected Note: Where was the product inspected or obtained for inspection? Select the most appropriate trader type. If there are multiple, select the option closest to the start of the supply chain.	Glazed / Non-glazed Note: Is the product glazed or not glazed? Is the pre-package a standard weight or a random weight/catch weight? -Standard weight: every package of the same product has the same declared weight which is usually predetermined -Random weight/catch weight: each package of the same product have varying weights which are usually determined after packing	Product Type Note: Which category of frozen seafood best describes this product?	Product Description Note: Indicate the product name as shown on the packaging. Different products should be recorded in separate rows.	Product Origin Note: Indicate the economy where the seafood was harvested.	Country of Manufacture/Packing Note: Indicate the economy where the product was processed into its final form or packaged.	Unit Price i.e. USD$ / kg Note: Indicate the price (in USD) per kilogram of the seafood.	Net Weight (g) Note: Indicate the net weight as marked on the packaging. Leave this cell blank if this information is not provided.	Gross Weight (g) Note: Indicate the gross weight as marked on the packaging. Leave this cell blank if this information is not provided.	Average Tare Weight (g) Note: Indicate the average tare weight of the dry packaging material.	Average Net Weight (g) Note: Indicate the average net weight of all the pre-packages tested for the same product. The net weight must not include the weight of ice glaze, ice crystals and packaging materials.	Average Error (g) Note: Average error of all the pre-packages tested for the same product. Indicate a "-" if short e.g. - 20 if short, and 10 if net quantity is in excess of the declared quantity.	Number of Pre-packages Tested per Product Note: Indicate the number of pre-packages/samples examined for this product.	Number of Short Weight Pre-packages Note: Indicate the number of pre-packages/samples (of the same product) that were short of the net weight i.e. error <0	Greatest short (g) Note: Indicate the most significant short observed across all the pre-packages/samples of the same product e.g. -20 . Leave this cell blank if there is no short weight observed in any pre-package/sample.	Greatest excess (g) Note: Indicate the greatest excess observed across all pre-packages/sample of the same product e.g. 10 . Leave this cell blank if there is no excess observed in any pre-package/sample.	Labelling Compliance (Yes/No/Not Applicable) Note: Does the pre-package comply with your national labelling requirements?	Quality Assurance Checks (Yes/No/Not Applicable) Note: Does the trader (referred in column B) have a QA process in place for quantity checks on pre-packages?
