VILT #1: Basic Case NavigationHow many characters are allowed for Case Comments? The character limit for Case Comments is the same as it is today, which is 4,000. 4/1/2019

VILT #1: Basic Case NavigationWhat is the "lock" icon on the Retro Information page that appears after you save a retro month? This is so users cannot delete or change retro months once they are requested. Once a month is added it cannot be removed, as this would be the same as deleting it. 4/1/2019

VILT #1: Basic Case NavigationIn Purchase and Prepare, there are only 10 groups (Group 1, Group 2, etc), when we enter them as group 1, does it assign them an actual group number in production, or are there only 10?The eligibility worker will only see "Group 1-10" for each case. CBMS will convert it on the back-end but the worker will not see that. 4/1/2019

VILT #1: Basic Case NavigationIf someone is not in the home, will their name show in red as before? Yes, we are using the same functionality as we do today and members not in the home will show in the color red. 4/3/2019

VILT #1: Basic Case NavigationOn the SSI page, the Verification field is not marked as being required ( * ), but Source is. Why? Agreed that this is different than most other screens, but it is actually the same as current CBMS. The idea here is that you aren’t required to provide a verification, but if you do, we need to know the source.4/8/2019

VILT #2: Finalization Is there a reason wrap up wont be in queue anymore?Wrap Up is available in both Queue and Free navigation. The queue can be initiated from Initiate Wrap Up screen, by clicking the "Start Queue" button on the bottom of the page.4/15/2019

Will there be a separate training/session on the Burial process?
The Burial process has not changed. You will still go through the Burial Queue just like you do today. There is a process manual that will help guide you through the steps. 4/30/2019

VILT #3: Long-Term CareWill you have to Run EDBC on each HLPG individually, or will running EDBC once run it for all HLPG on the case. Running EDBC once will run it for all programs on the case, just like it is today in current CBMS. 4/30/2019

VILT #3: Colorado WorksI noticed on the Residency screen that my second case member did not have addresses copied to them. I went to Demographics to try and fix it, but could not find a way to copy HoH address to other members. Is that feature still here?The Copy HOH button is located on the Members page. The functionality is the same, it is just located in a different place. 5/1/2019

General Transformation Question How often will Salesforce UPA be refreshed? Code will be refreshed every two weeks. Data will not be refreshed until go-live. 5/14/2019

VILT #3: Adult Financial On the medical conditions screen for AF, the exam date is required but it is not showing an asterisk making it mandatory. Also, once an exam date is entered, the re-exam date should be mandatory, but it is not. Will this be changed in production?The exam date should only be mandatory if AF is on the case in RRR mode or if it is in ongoing mode and the AF re-exam is due. Otherwise it is optional. AF Re-Exam Date is never mandatory but instead is system populated based on exam/application date and Work Limitation (this is in project 12062). If this is not happening in Salesforce, please let me know so I can log a defect and get it changed.5/14/2019

General Transformation Question When we hover over the case number on the top left hand side of the screen and on the member card, the curser icon doesn’t change. Are there plans to change the cursor to the pointer finger like most other clickable items?We are discussing header options with functional group.5/14/2019

General Transformation Question Currently when we send a help desk ticket we include a screen shot that has the date and time, along with the version on the bottom of the screen. Are we going to get different procedures telling us what is going to be required for those HDT’s?We are discussing header options with functional group. Version will not be included.5/14/2019
