Awesome StudentTony YuanMount Sinai6/20/196/20/19I emailed Dr. Yuan and expressed my interest in endocrinology and his lab's research projects and sent him a resume. We scheduled a meeting for the week after and I sat down with him and his manager and we discussed what I would be able to do. I know his lab was recently bought and so they aren't taking any more high school interns but Mount Sinai has a link of all the professors that work different research fields.

Awesome StudentNicole DuboisMount Sinai12/9/1912/9/19After some back and forth emailing we met at her lab on 1/2/20. She is willing to have me work at her lab partnering with one of her lab coworkers. I am waiting to meet with another lab before I tell her I want to contine with the application process. She has previously worked with students 17 and 16 years old. As I had two offers, I sent her an email telling her I have another lab.
