2.1 Alternative 1, No Action
2.2 Alternative 4d 5/person/year round
2.3 Alternative 3c 5 fish/person/day
2.4 Alternative 3 18" Total Length
2.5 Alternative 2, 24" Total Length for Commercial Gag

Of the two known spawning aggregation sites, FWC and NOAA need to get on the same page. At all the hearings up and down the coast, with the exception of Key West, everyone agreed to close the 1 sq. mile of Riley's Hump from fishing during the spawning months of May, June and July. The economics of the Key West based commercial, charter, and head boat 's outweighed the science of protecting the breed stock; a tragedy in my opinion which should be rectified so we don't have to deal with additional rules as set forth; 2.1 thru 2.5

Failure to close the one square mile Rileys Ridge during the spawning season is irresponsible.
