Art ClubArt club is fun for its flexibility, exploring multiple mediums and materials towards creating. One of the activities that would reflect this is making our own mini magazine that represents us. Before art club, there wasn’t a lot of choices when it came towards creative arts. Most of the clubs being curated for purely volunteering or educational so i wanted to create an opportunity for people to participate in art other than the provided classes here and truly appreciate art for the fun of it!Annie Tobin

Astronomy PioneersIn the Astronomy Pioneers club, we will cover interesting topics in space science, current events, and try some hands-on activities like engineering challenges with a telescope or observation nights! We will learn new topics through interactive lessons, and then we will perform experiments to apply those concepts. This club is not just about scientific skills, but also about building life skills like collaboration and teamwork. We will make teams and do fun competitions/challenges, and we would also invite guest speakers in the field to learn from experts. Through this club, I hope to encourage my peers and provoke scientific curiosity in them. This club is a community where we can share our passion, interests, and ideas and grow our fascination and knowledge in astronomy together.David Crawford

Baking ClubThe purpose of Baking Club is to have a fun environment for bakers to come together and have a community. We will have meetings, potlucks, and bake sales for charity.Trevor Davis

Basketball clubThe purpose of this club is to introduce students to basketball and have an open and safe community for all. We look to develop players skills through teamwork, strategy, and overall have a fun time. Beach ClubThrough meeting at the school we hope to continue our mission of spreading awareness of climate change and the effect it has on our beaches. Outside of school, we hope to continue our efforts of last year to host beach cleanups that pick up trash and reduce the impact that our community has on our environment. These cleanups also increase awareness of positive low-impact lifestyles that don't harm the environment. Overall, we hope to help our local communities and combat climate change.Linda Vu

Female Athlete Support ClubThis club will be open to all students who are interested in supporting and recognizing the unique struggles of female athletes. This will serve as a place for female athletes and their supporters to come and share experiences and listen to others as well. We will learn and talk about nutrition, sports psychology, and current events in women's athletics. We can have speakers and raise money in fundraisers for local female sports teams or larger organizations supporting equality in sports. There will also be opportunities to celebrate and recognize our own Pioneer female athletes when they have major achievements which will bring more awareness to the female athletic programs at this school.Lillian Luu
