1 (XS)3653342973.57.5194.251115.7540The slipped stitches portion on the straps kind of bunch up / it's hard to block it flat, so I might start the slipped stitches portion at just below the v neck. I also knitted the straps too long.
3
1 (XS)32229431.58071812.51640.5I would make the neckline a little higher/less sloped and the back a little lower (personal preference for how it lays on my body)
4
1 (XS)380347411049.52441019.549.5I would make the straps slightly longer.
5
1 (XS)5104663178.51025.52517.544.5I ended up with more ease than expected, due to my inconsistent gauge, cotton yarn, and the dropped stitches (4 stockinette stitches + 2 dropped stitches ended up being about 2" instead of 1" as per my gauge). Frogged and casting on fewer stitches.
6
2 (S)41237734.587.59234.511.51845.5No, this is an instant hit! I will for sure make more than one, thank you for this lovely thank.
7
2 (S)36032931.7580.5820.501640.5Yes, I would knit the body shorter, 6" rather than 8" (incl. hem) as I have a short torso and this hits me at the high hips.
8
2 (S)4404023486.5820.51.5416.542I would shape the edges of the cups at the armholes just a little bit more to prevent the flooping that is happening with my sample, and make the straps one inch longer, front and back (2" total). I would also make it in a plant fiber!
9
2 (S)368.633733.585820.537.51743I would shorten my straps a little (or be more cautious with blocking/hanging). I worked the repeat of 5/6 9 times as written, and when I finished that, it measured right at 2 inches, but after blocking, for some reason the strap stitches loosened up/lengthened a little (even though the rest of the body didn't). Perhaps I pinned it wrong. But given that, I would probably do a few less repeats. Clearly that was a ME/blocking problem and not a pattern problem though. The length of the straps in the pattern as written is great. (FYI above, I put the final blocked measurement of 3 inches, but I knit it to 2 inches, then worked the two more rows as instructed.)
10
2 (S)3413123486.5820.501640.5I would lengthen the body before splitting for the sleeves.
11
2 (S)3873543589820.52.255.51845.5Next time, I'd probably choose a long tail cast on or one where there's a bigger "bump" to pick up.

I would've kept the strap length to 1" because the straps are a little too long now.
12
2 (S)4353983384820.52.56.516.542I would make the straps shorter next time. I feel that I might’ve made mine a little too long.
13
3 (M)4524133691.5820.537.51640.5The neckline is a bit deep for what I would normally choose. I would maybe begin increasing on both sides sooner, though I’m not certain that would be the best solution.
14
3 (M)42138535.5908.25213.5918.547I would try a different yarn because most of the ladder disappeared in the straps and parts of the cups, which makes the fit a little off and of course I'd like it to be more visible. I used a 100% mercerised cotton yarn with 175m/50g
15
3 (M)4404023691.58.521.52.56.517.2544I would shorten the armholes by about 1"
16
3 (M)4373993691.59233.591845.5I used a wool/linen blend yarn, which is fine but I think the design is better suited for a drapier fabric. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing!
17
3 (M)3336.592.58.521.5512.51845.5Knit a smaller size

19
3 (M)43339637948.521.512.517.2544I would knit the straps longer (as in v 1.1) and shorten the body by a few inches (I have a very short torso and would like a second, more cropped version)
20
3 (M)4564173896.51025.52.56.52051I think I would knit the straps a bit longer to accommodate for my longer shoulder to underarm
21
3 (M)536.2490441129.524251845.5I would go down another size to a small as I’ve worn it a couple times and it continues to grow/relax due to cotton/linen fiber content. I’d also shorten the straps as they continue to stretch and lengthen making the neckline lower. I’d probably go with the original length for the cropped version as well.
This is my first time working with a cotton/linen blend and blocking was very tricky for me. I loved the fit, but once blocked it had about 10” of positive ease. Once I washed and dried my first garment (size L) it became incredibly stretched and had lots of added ease instead of reacting as my swatch did and shrinking after the blocking process. After frogging (straightening yarn) and re-knitting in a size M I was satisfied with the fit, but leery of washing and drying so I steam blocked it. It essentially looked as though it had not been blocked at all. I then reached out to my LYS for some advice on blocking this fiber content and was instructed to just wash in a linen bag and lay flat to dry. I was looking for neat/tidy stitches once blocked and that didn’t happen so lightly misted until it was slightly damp, put it in the linen bag again and machine dried. This was all a bit of an experiment and the blocking results were underwhelming.
Therefore, I’ll be making another garment out of wool and silk blend. It’s a fiber content that I’m more familiar with and know how it will react. I also think it will add a little more “structure” while still having some movement and drape.

23
3 (M)377.783453896.58.521.51.25317.2544I would probably make a longer version of it and size down to make it a little more fitted.
24
4 (L)53148542106.59.524512.51948.5The split under the arms is to roomy for me, would probably stabilise them with a crochet edge. The yarn I knit with is very heavy, so that could be a part of the problem.
25
4 (L)539493441129234102051I have quite a large discrepancy between bust and waist measurements (bust 44, waist 34) and found the overall fit to be a little looser than I would usually like - this is, however, a pretty common issue for me when I choose a size according to my bust measurement, so if I were to knit again I would probably size down.
26
4 (L)555.650842106.59231.542051Definitely, but it's more to do with my body shape than the pattern. I wear a 36F bra and generally size up to accommodate my bust size, but because this is written to be a looser garment the L is the wrong size for me. A lot of the cup ends up sitting in my armpit. I think I would probably (at least for the size I made and for my body shape) have done much faster decreases and longer straps, also. The cups feel VERY long and wide on me. I would also probably just knit it shorter/more cropped, but that's nothing to do with the pattern - my torso is just extremely short and I was trying to knit it as close to the instructions as possible.
27
4 (L)45942040101.59231.541845.5I would make a smaller size
28
4 (L)5454983896.5112837.52153.5I would knit a smaller size because I underestimated how much armpit room there would be. Nothing on you- totally my decision
29
5 (1X)628574431091025.5512.52051No. I'm excited to knit it in more colours.
30
5 (1X)57752747119.510.526.5252051I would likely go down one size and possibly shorten the straps, mostly because my yarn seemed to stretch even more than the swatch led on.
31
5 (1X)52648145114.59.5244.511.517.544.5I might try it in a smaller size, because I think it would be super cute as a fitted tank as well, but I also love it loose!
32
5 (1X)57252345114.59.524251845.5I might make it a little shorter before the split. It’s a tad long on me
33
5 (1X)474433411049234102153.5I would add a warning that the straps can lengthen after stitch dropping. Even with my post-blocking gauge, I didn't account for this so I got a couple more inches (i.e., 6" instead of my intended 4"). This can help with sizing!
34
6 (2X)76069548122112837.51948.5I would knit the body a bit longer, it shrunk more than I expected lengthwise. It ended up fitting so much better after machine drying! I'm not even sure the width shrunk much from just washing, but the length definitely shrunk. Every time I measure the width it seems to change but it's about 50-51" so very close to pattern measurements.
35
6 (2X)69063151.51311025.537.52256I would make my body longer
36
6 (2X)611559501271025.54.511.52051No
37
6 (2X)651.7596501271025.56.516.52358.5I would not make the mod to the straps. I’ve struggled with finding the right strap length/fit.
38
7 (3X)66560853134.511284.251122.557I might try the cup shaping mod if I knit a second! Which I probably will knit a second to be honest.
39
7 (3X)82275151129.51435.52.56.521.554.5make a size smaller. Other than that, I love it! Its perfect!
40
7 (3X)710649521321025.537.520.552I would size down, and knit the straps 2" instead of 3"
41
8 (4X)720.965955139.5112837.52153.5I think it would be nice to have this in a few different lengths and yarn types. I really like the neck line and the center dropped stitches so I could also see just doing the dropped stitches in the front. I'm having a hard time keeping the straps from rolling in on themselves, but I'm not sure what I would do to address that.
42
8 (4X)87479956142112837.51948.5I likely wouldn’t use a superwash wool yarn. After soaking and then machine drying, I did lose the dropped stitches on my straps and many of the dropped stitches around the collar/underarms. I will say the fit of the pattern on me as written is near perfect.
43
8 (4X)8657915614211284102461I'm probably going to knit a longer one! I might also change the initial bind off row because I liked how it looked one way better than the other. Not a big deal, I'm just weirdly anal sometimes, lol!
44
9 (5X)83075958147.511.529512.52871I would not make any changes at all, I loved the result!
