Chapter 6: VFR Flight Planning now contains an appendix 'The Old-Style VFR Chart'.

Chapter 11: IFR Flight Planning now has 3 appendices containing those sections which describe the old-style Jeppesen manual.
A description of RNAV routes versus conventional airways has been added to the beginning of the chapter.
The example Amsterdam SID has been changed to GORLO 1. The old REFSO SID is not featured in the GSPRM.
The en-route worked example uses the same route from Amsterdam to LAM. However, this is now an RNAV route and is shown and described accordingly.
RVSM cruising levels are described.
A new exercise: HI level Stockholm to Helsinki has been added.
A new exercise: LO level Algiers to Alicante has been added.
The Initial Approach from LAM to Heathrow is now shown and described.
A new exercise: RNAV STAR into Tromso has been added.
Section 7 Final Approach has been greatly expanded. It now includes images and text describing: ILS DME 27R Heathrow, Lctr Dubrovnik, RNAV Nantes.
Section 7 also now shows and describes the X and Y suffixes for the RNAV approach variation for Heathrow 09L.
Section 7 also describes the impact of forthcoming changes to the format of approach charts mandated by PBN. It shows the (interim) example of Stuttgart RNP Rwy 25.
