STEP 1: CREATE THE 'BASE UNIVERSE' TAB.

To establish the turf tracker, campaigns will need to create and run their universe and go to the 'My List' page. From here, users will be able to go to 'Counts & Crosstabs' and select "Run Quick Counts and Crosstabs".

When on the 'Counts and Crosstabs' screen, users will need to select 'County' as Column 1 and 'Precinct' as Column 2.

With these options selected, the user can click 'Refresh Results' to get the total counts of their universe by precinct. From here, the user will need to copy and paste these results into the 'Base Universe' tab. The user will repeat this step with the total number of doors and phones in the universe as well. Combined, this will form the 'Base Universe' tab that can be referenced in the individual county tabs.

STEP 2: CREATE THE INDIVIDUAL COUNTY/PREFERRED GEOGRAPHIC DESIGNATION TABS

In this template, each county in Congressional District 4 is broken out into it's own tab.
