Thank you for volunteering to bring the faculty breakfast on MONDAYS and lunch on TUESDAYS!

DETAILS:
Bring a MONDAY breakfast or TUESDAY hearty lunch to serve 24 adults

Drop off for breakfast should be around drop off or earlier and by 10:00 for lunch. Earlier is ok (contact sarah.collins@siskiyouschool.org to confirm)

We do have 2 crock-pots to borrow (contact Sarah to arrange)

A suggested meal is as follows, however, please feel free to be imaginative if you would like to provide something different, variety is the spice of life!

Breakfast items might include: yogurt with granola and/or fruit, bagels with cream cheese, croissants, muffins, oatmeal with toppings. Please be sure to include a GF option!

For lunch a Hearty Hot Main Dish (soup, legumes or meat/veg dish) that would fill 2 crockpots or a Stock Pot on stove, taco bar, lasagna

Rice/GF Grain (4 cups, prepared in the school rice cooker)

Big Salad (extra large bowl provided)

Bread (2 loaves appreciated!) and butter
