CAMP ROSTER — HOW IT WORKS

You mostly just type into the Roster tab. Everything else updates itself.

• Dashboard — live headcount, housing, power load, money, placement.

• Roster — the master list. One row per person.

• Teams — auto count of who's on each crew.

• Placement — your map plots; shows who's assigned or '— open —'.

• Finance — paid vs. owes, with totals. OWES rows turn red.

• Lists — dropdown options + the 3 fee settings (yellow cells).

• Base dues default to $700/person

• Power fee is charged ONCE per Unit/Dwelling ID: $TBD RV, $TBD A/C tent.

• Sharing a tent/RV? Give everyone in it the SAME Unit/Dwelling ID.

 The fee lands on the first person listed for that unit; others show $0.

• Red = owes money. Amber = no ticket yet. Green = Confirmed.
