REGISTRATION
10
Enter each player in the Roster tab
11
Code is any unique identifier for that player you wish to use; might be first name in a small group, first and last in a larger group, or a code name or code string you assign
12
Name is the player's full name (purely informational)
13
Faction is the Infinity faction they'll be playing (purely informational)
14
Alliance is which side they'll be playing for, Creditors or Regulators
15
16
PAIRINGS
17
The Pairings Worksheet tab is used to coordinate the pairing process
18
The alliance with the Initiative puts forward a player and a target location/mission
19
The other alliance responds with a player, who picks a table to play on
20
This repeats until all players have been paired
21
22
Creditors have the Initiative in the first round
23
Whichever alliance is leading in the Tactical Goal (most OP earned; see the Campaign tab) has Initiative in the later rounds
24
25
Alliances should try to ensure every player gets to choose a mission at least once over the second & third rounds
26
27
The "Started at" and "Should end" sidenotes are for organizers to track time and keep the event on schedule
28
29
MATCH RESULTS
30
Distribute a scoresheet to each pair each round and collect once completed
31
32
Enter match results from the scoresheets in the Results tab
33
Each match gets its own row; the order in which they're entered doesn't matter (by players or rounds)
34
Enter the round number and the campaign location targeted by this match on the left
35
Enter the players' codes and scores on the right; it does not matter which is entered to the left or the right of this area
36
Check that the win and tournament points have been computed correctly
37
Check that the players have been updated in the Roster tab
38
39
CAMPAIGN STATUS
40
The Campaign tab updates automatically with the alliances' progress and control toward the three levels of campaign goals
41
42
TOURNAMENT STANDINGS
43
Individual rankings may be found by sorting the appropriate columns in the Roster tab
44
E.g., sort in descending order by Tournament Pts, Objective Pts, and then Surviving Army Points to find an overall winner
45
Sort by Alliance and then those columns to find winners for each side (perhaps more appropriate than an overall as they don't face each other)
46
47
PAINTING VOTE
48
Distribute painting ballots to each player and then collect once completed
49
50
Copy the player codes from the Roster to the appropriate column in the Painting tab
51
Each ballot gets a numbered column in the Painting tab; the order in which ballots are entered doesn't matter
52
For each ballot, find the row for the top preference and enter a 3, then the second preference and enter a 2, and the third preference and enter a 1
53
Sort all the rows by the Sum column to find the top vote for painting/hobby
