Description: The 2025 Academic Program Committee has created this Google spreadsheet to be used as an INFORMAL TOOL to connect individuals who are seeking ideas and/or collaboration on session proposals for the 2025 Annual Meeting and Conference. It is NOT monitored by ASALH or the Program Committee and is NOT part of the official submission process. Once you have gathered all of the people as a part of your panel, then you must go into All Academic to officially submit your proposal.

Instructions:

1. Click on the bottom tab labelled "Find a Match/Collaborator"

2. Fill out the information as noted on the top of the columns

3. Keep checking back to see if folk want to be on a panel with you
10
4. If so, reach out the people to work on an abstract and other information together and submit it via All Academic
11
5. Follow-up with the submitter to make sure that it was submitted by the deadline or if you submitted it, let your collaborators know that it was submitted
