9	3	What will be the Authorised Share Capital of the company (in rupees)?	Authorised Share Capital is the maximum amount of the capital for which shares can be issued by the Company to shareholders. Whereas, Paid-up capital is the portion of the authorised capital for which the company has received payment from the shareholders. Therefore the paid up capital is always below the authorised capital.
10	4	What will be the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company (in rupees)?	Paid up share capital is the amount of money a company has received from shareholders in exchange for the shares allotted. This is the amount the shareholder will deposit into the company’s current account after incorporation.
