1 year working as a physiotherapist in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Musculoskeletal patients. Worked with bjj guys and treated my own knee injuries from bjj - acl and meniscii (100% back now)
Not particularly, but my strengths lie within the sports musculoskeletal injuries. I feel the most confident with knees.
Yes I provide a free intake/consultation. If the patient/client wants to work on more serious 1on1, we can structure a rehab plan together that would be paid per program/session. Depends what the best for the individual.
