This collection of sheets is being created and expanded upon for the purpose of assisting in the re-routing of Gran Turismo 4's B-Spec Any% Speedrun.

All cars in this list are potential contenders as the car of choice for winning the Gran Turismo World Championship at the end of the run, whether or not they are accessible within the B-Spec rules.

Cars which can't be unlocked within the B-Spec ruleset will have a disclaimer on their respective setup sheet.

All tunes are bring created by myself (BoaAndArrows), with assistance and insight from members of the Gran Turismo Speedrunning community, in particular Shima33 and Lizzie.

How am I tuning them?

Every car will be upgraded to the highest performance, and will be taken through three stages of focused testing.

Test 1 is the 0-1000m speed test.

This test is for the purpose of finding the fastest acceleration the car is capable of without suffering from not being within powerband, or topping out too fast.

Only Transmission, Differential and Assist settings will be focused on here, but some general suspension changes will be used.

Test 2 will be an A-Spec Suzuka West lap test.

This test is for the purpose of combining the acceleration tune made during the 0-1000m test, with an optimal cornering setting to create a satisfactory lap pace.

Suspension, Braking and Downforce are the main focus throughout the this test.

Differential may be altered, but assists and transmission will not be touched from this point onwards

The third and final test will be a B-Spec Lap test of Nurburgring Nordeschleife.

This test will use the tune that is made by this point from tests 1 and 2.

It will only be altered if the AI are finding it extremely difficult to lap the circuit.

For consistency, AI is locked to 4 out of 5 speed, not told to overtake or pick up speed during the first 5 laps.

One final lap will be completed where pace can be altered to find the fastest possible AI lap with that tune.

What cars are eligible for this list?

For this list I will be testing any car that is able to win the Gran Turismo World Championship before acquiring the ending movie, as this is how it would be done in a speedrun.

For B- Spec Any%, this is any new or used purchasable car, any prize car from Japanese, American, European, Beginner and Professional events.

For A-Spec Any%, this is any new or used purchasable car, any prize car from Japanese, American, European, Beginner and Professional events, as well as Special Conditions, License Tests and Driving Missions rewards.

For 100%, this is any new or used purchasable car, any prize car from Japanese, American, European, Beginner, Professional and Endurance events, as well as Special Conditions, License Tests and Driving Missions rewards.

Any prize cars from Extreme Events, Percentage completion milestones and the Gran Turismo World Championship won't be eligible for this list as you will not be able to use them without replaying the event itself.
