Notes:
32
Tap/Hold Keys: Tap key to type character. Hold key to activate the associated modifier.
33
MACROS: Quickly tap all keys associated with macro at same time to perform that macro.
34
Virtual Desktop keys. Every OS is slightly different. I've been considering making an option on the keyboard so users can switch their keyboard to match their OS, on the fly. Input is welcome.
35
BS/FUNCTION
This key is also a tap/hold key but I couldn't come up with a good scheme to keep the colors consistent!🤷 Hold the key to activate the FUNCTION Layer. Tap the key to type one backspace. Tap and hold the key to "hold down" backspace (repeated backspace).
36
Shift Keys in lower left and lower right are disabled in this keymap because it uses home row mods. This option is toggleable in the stock QMK keymap but requires compiling and reflashing. If there is interest, I can make this toggleable in the keyboard itself later.
37
Trackpoint/Mouse Speed and Trackpoint scrolling speed are adjustable on-the-fly. Unfortunately, the settings are not saved between keyboard shutdown/power up. Hopefully that will be possible in the future.
38
ONETAPALTTAB: allows you to quickly tab between open windows with one finger (thumb) without contorting your hand to type Alt-Tab. Tap the key to quickly toggle back and forth between the two most recent windows.
39
Tap and hold to see all open windows. Repeatedly tap again, quickly, to go to each next window in the list. Release the key when you get to the window you want. Should work with most operating systems....(?)

CapsWord: Caps Word is a "smart" Capslock that turns itself off after non-whitespace characters. It's likely more useful for writing computer code than regular prose. I love it. Official docs are here: https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/blob/master/docs/feature_caps_word.md .
41
Officially Caps Word is turned on by pressing both Shift keys at the same time. Because the Santoku uses homerow mods, you have to press the 'f' and 'j' keys for a short time so QMK can "see" that you pressed both Shift keys. So, basically, it looks like a macro but it's technically not a macro.
