4 | 1. What kind of symptom screening will your LEA/school conduct for students, teachers, and staff and how will you implement it? | If any member of our community communicates and displays any symptom(s) that are associated with Covid-19, they will be directed to see the nurse and then be sent home and asked to be tested.
5 | 2. Has your LEA/school integrated these isolation protocols into illness policies? | Yes, in our student handbook and in our absent guidance in our staff handbook.
6 | 3. What quarantine protocols will your LEA/school plan to implement for people who are not up to date with their vaccines/not exempt from quarantine for other reasons? | We will be following the suggested and mandated quarantine protocols. This means that if a community member tests positive for Covid-19, they will need to quarantine for at least 5 days and then welcomed back to the community when they are symptom free. For the next 5 days - up to 10 - the person will be asked to keep a mask on while on campus and during school-related activities off campus.
