4	Please carefully read the Rules of JLRC's Flexible Class Transfer System before proceeding with your Class Transfer Request.

7		Rules of Flexible Class Transfer System (N4)

9	1	Transfer Eligibility Period:
10		Valid for one year from the class start date.
11		(For example: If the class starts on April 1, transfer is possible until March 31 of the following year.
12		If the class transfer process is done within this period, the class lessons may exceed one year)

14	2	Number of Possible Transfers:
15		Up to 2 transfers per student.

17	3	Retroactive Transfer: (Transfer to the same module)
18		A transfer can be made retroactively up to a maximum of 5 sessions from the current session before the transfer.
19		(Transfers more than 5 sessions back are not possible)
20		Here, the "current session" means the most recent session indicated on the Progress Sheet of the original class.

22	4	Advance Transfer: (Transfer to a different module)
23		If you transfer to a class with a different module, transfer is only possible to the 1st session of any modules.

25	5	Duplicate Class Sessions:
26		The total number of duplicate session occurrences due to class transfer is limited to 10 sessions only.
27		Please be aware that if the number of duplicate sessions exceeds 10, access to the class will automatically be restricted.

29	6	Class Grading:
30		In the event of taking the same quiz or exam twice due to a class transfer, the score from the first attempt will be
31		adopted as the final Class Grading for the individual.

33	7	Settlement of Remaining Tuition:
34		In the case of an installment plan, the original payment schedule should still be followed while waiting for available slots.
35		Failure to settle your balance as per the original schedule will result in permanent disconnection from your online class.
36		All remaining balances must be settled before the first class transfer.

38	8	Class Transfer Fee:
39		Php 500 per transfer (As a minimal administrative/processing fee)

66	1. Please enter the required information for your class transfer in the fields below and then click the 'Send' button.
67	* To enter the required information, please refer to the above N4 Class Table (Step 2).
68	2. Subsequently, you will be redirected to the Payment Form to settle the class transfer fee of P500.
69	* For those who enrolled using Installment Plan, please add the remaining balance of the tuition fee to it , if any.
70	* If you would like to reconfirm the remaining balance of the tuition fee, please send an email to info@atjlrc.com
71	3. Once these steps are completed, JLRC will send an acknowledgement reply and process your transfer within 2 working days.
