I grew up as a competitive dancer and performing arts school student, with a wide range of style and teaching experience from 2 year olds through the collegiate level. I travel back and forth from Pittsburgh to Louisville while finishing my degree in exercise science with a focus in fitness, rehabilitation and injury prevention for dancers. I love bringing the style of pom and sideline performance to Pittsburgh, with master class, technique, choreography, and Q&A class availability for studios wanting to prepare their dancers for collegiate or pro team tryouts!
