Well after a few weeks of hard work and help from the following redditors:

I have the first part of the Crime Scene Logs from 11/05/2005 to 11/12/2005 converted over to MS Excel.

Pages 1-87 Are the police logs. 88-140 are all volunteer fire department and civilian logs. (I have yet to combine the two.)

There are a few things I want to quick go over if you are not familiar with Excel and a few other important things.

Everything is in order by how the we received the documents. You can keep it sorted that way by sorting the far left column (Crime Scene Log Order.) (Click on the little drop down arrow next to the header.)

Since we put them in order as we received them, CASO got pages 7 and 8 mixed up. (I am not sure if any other pages have been mixed up besides those two so far.) You will notice this by the times are out of order. (You can sort it by actual time by sorting the "Time" column.)

Everything is color coated. Blue = Police, DA, Detectives, FBI, and CSI. Red = Firefighters and Rescue. White = Civilians (you will notice RH, SB, and Radant in there.) Yellow = Red flags such as people not signing out or in, two people have same badge number, etc.

Charts on the right indicate how many people were on the property each day. I did this by converting IN and OUT to +1 and -1, then I inserted a running total formula. There is also a separate excel sheet with a Total chart for the whole 8 days. (For some reason it is not entirely accurate to the T, but it gives you a good idea.)

A lot of holes were filled in instances of badge number given but no name, or vise versa. There are some people who have the same last name but work for different departments, such as the Hermanns. I made sure to be accurate as possible and also being efficient with my time. I spent the majority of my weekend working on this. So if you see an error, please message me and Ill edit it.
