Often establishes interstellar networking systems and various bases and stations where various spacecraft may dock and converge, as well as allowing them to perform projects that require collaboration or are particularly large-scale.

Despite being an Edeia, they do not have a Sentinel role since they often travel separately to seek out phenomena before returning to the vessel to direct the route.
