Healer's self-buffTargeted DPS - The food soul that you want to buff up. Usually it is your main DPS.
>>If the main DPS have basic/energy skill that boost TEAM or SELF attack speed, then you would put that value into "Skill Speed Buff" area.
>>If your DPS have artifacts that boost TEAM or SELF speed boost, then you put those value into the "Artifact Speed Buffs" area.
>>Leave cell BLANK or 0 if there is no speed buff.

>> If your 2nd food soul have ARTIFACT NODES that buff attack speed to the TEAM or Targeted DPS, put them in the "Food Soul 2 Buffs" - "Artifact Speed Buffs"

Support Attack Speed is a bit special due to the talent "Microwave Oven" which is in the Support tab in your Talent tree in the game. It provide up to 80% attack speed to the Support food soul. You can use this table to calculate the attack speed for your support food soul.
>> Skill cell is for any TEAM or SELF attack speed buff from their OWN skill. Put in the value from there.
>> Nodes are artifact nodes if you have them unlock. Look for and TEAM or SELF attack speed buff and put in the value. Make sure the hamster is in the node for the value.
>> Tip: You can use one of the node as a substitute to input for any TEAM attack speed buff from other food soul.
