1	DAN Reimbursement Report (January - March)
2	As DAN outlined, node runners that stepped up to participate in supporting the altruist network would be reimbursed for the relays they served and the nodes they spun up. Decentralized Authority is publishing this report as a follow-up to DAN. Since January, when PNI signaled that they wanted to offload the altruist network, DA has been working with all parties to help ensure everyone is made whole. PNI was supporting the altruist network inside of a larger infrastructure bill that was costing $250k a month which since the start of the altruist transition in February, their costs have been dramatically reduced, and DAN was put forward to reimburse those participants and provide a frictionless path forward with reimbursing altruist relays. Prior to the sharing of this report, all figures have been been shared with PNI, PNF, and the involved node runners. Feedback was given, adjustments were made, and now we are publishing the final report for the DAN reimbursement which covers the altruist participants from January through March. For the altruist traffic from April and forward, there will be a different report which pulls all of it's data from CC. Now that we have the reimbursement faze finalized, we begin our monthly reporting cadence with a catch-up report for April and a May report. Those will be published soon.

26	DAN included a reimbursement payment for the time invested in building and managing this reimbursement structure. This one time fee covers everything since this inititiave's start in January and all future managerial work. Please see "Admistration Cost" in the DAN proposal for more information.
