ABCDEFGHIJKL
1
This chart shows the most valuable RA to buy at a given level. If you have, say, MoM V, WP V & AA III, then the best value RA you can next buy is MoM VI (0.67% increase PP compared to 0.44% or .55% [blue column]).
2
3
DPS/P % represents the damage increase for each RA point spent at that level.
4
E.g. MoM I costs one realm skill point, increasing damage by 2%. However, while MoM II also costs one point, it only increases damage by 1.5%. This only includes points spent on that level - not a total of all points spent on that RA.
5
6
Recommended RAs:Match MoM & WP at the same level (with MoM one higher when possible), and keep AA 1-3 levels lower than WP. Use the chart below to determine tradeoffs. E.g. where you have only a small or large amount of points available, it may be better to drop AA a level lower to free up points for a higher level of MoM.

Use an RA planner, like Charplan (http://daoctb.sourceforge.net/Charplan__EN.htm), to help you choose.

Things to note: MoM is by far the most effcient use of RA points. MoM IX increases your damage at a value similar to Acuity V.
24
WP gives a similar damage increase to AA. However, WP's benefit includes a random element - situations where only a crit on a nuke is enough to finish off a person before they can react/move out of range/receive a heal. (Inversely, there may be situations where 5% extra damage from MoM or AA is just enough to guarantee a kill. With WP, the random element of WP may sometimes result in no crits when you need them).
25
Mastery of Focus I & II are good damage RAs. They only reduce the likelihood of resists by 1-3%, but each resist represents 100% damage lost (for contrast, a crit would represent 30% on average damage gained).
26
AA damage calculation/increases are based on Runemaster nukes; presumably other list casters work similarly (Elds, Wizards etc.). I haven't tested hybrids, and acuity may be more valuable to those classes (Clerics, Thanes, VWs, Heretics).
