2	Kinney Drug	Yes - at all Burlington area locations.	Yes - people can call in and order over the phone and pay with credit card and they will bring it out. No formal system in place now - depends on how busy employees are with how fast they can bring out items.	Yes - for retail and pharmacy. Deliver Mon-Fri once per day (usually leaves at 9am). Call in night before. Currently no fee for prescription (and can add on over the counter). If only over the counter was $2 fee but right now that is waived. 4	Lakeside Pharmacy	Has drive-through and walk-up window. ONLY WAY TO WORK WITH STORE RIGHT NOW - can't go inside for everyone's safety.	Yes - can run out to the car. Yes - can pay over the phone.	Yes - normally have during the week each day. Right now has 1 delivery driver working M, W, F in the BTV area serving priority people. Might go little into Winooski, SOBU, Colchester.	Yes. Can put credit card on file and then at time of pickup anyone (i.e.Volunteer) can use that card on file to pay for the prescription.
5	Walgreens	Yes for Farrell Street and North Ave locations. No for others.	Not set up yet	Yes - through FedEx. Patient calls in and sets this service up with pharmacy. Controlled substances and refrigerated cannot be delivered right now. Fee/Charge is being waived (so free for now). Takes 1-2 busineess days. Hinesburg Road just converted to a Walgreens and is not set up yet for this but hopes to be soon.	Yes. 6	Vermont Family Pharmacy (North Ave)	No	Yes	Yes - deliver within 3 mile radius. No fee. Can deliver anything (including controlled and refrigerated). Will also mail prescriptions and charge $4 for this service. 2 days for arrival.	Yes - for delivery and curbside. 7	Rite Aid (North Ave) (All are converted or converting to Walgreens)	Only at North Ave location and must be in a vehicle	Not yet	Yes - must have credit/debit card on file. $3 delivery fee. Driver service. No controlled substances and refrigerated goods allowed. No mailing service.	No - this is not available. A patient can set up a credit card on file but has to do that in person. When a card is on file, a volunteer can pick up the prescription but will need the patient's address, phone number. If picking up a controlled substance volunteer will need to show driver's license.
8	Shaw's Pharmacy	No	No	Yes - free delivery. Call in credit card information and delivery driver will leave the meds where you want. Don't have to sign for it. Deliver Mon-Fri. Cutoff for getting a delivery same day is at 11am since delivery goes out at 2PM. Don't have to sign for it. Restrictions: No controlled 2 substances. Can do refrigerated. Can also mail out to you through post office using same protocol if you are not in a rush (i.e. monthly prescription).	Yes. Can put credit card on file and then at time of pickup anyone (i.e.Volunteer) can use that card on file to pay for the prescription.If using credit card on file - they prefer you call in ahead of time since they have to get it out of the safe (this way the Volunteer doesn't have to wait - safer for all).
9	Price Chopper Market 32 Pharmacy	No	In process of setting up curbside	Yes -Mon,Wed, Fri. No fee. Can deliver anything. Can do mail as well ($5 charge) with 1-2 day expected delivery.	Yes - for delivery and mailing service. Patient can call in credit card each time - they don't keep CC# on file. Credit card should be called in the day of the pick up.Volunteer would need patient's DOB at pick-up for meds to be released.
10	Hannaford Pharmacy	Essex only. All others no	Yes. Pull up to the door and call pharamacy and they can run it out.	Yes - starting next week with UPS. 1 day shipping within a 10 mi radius (otherwise 1-2 days). No fee (waived). No controlled or refrigerated, nothing that needs to be reconstituted (i.e. antibiotic), can't partial prescrip and send it out (only full amount).	Yes - Patient can call in credit card each time - they don't keep CC# on file.. Credit card should be called in the day of the pick up.Volunteer would need patient's DOB and/or address at pick-up for meds to be released.
