36	Purpose: The following point system will be utilized to determine the eligibility of teams for the Commissioner’s Cup Tournament. The winners of our Commissioner’s Cup Tournament MAY advance to the Area Z playoffs. Total Referee Points required for entering the Commissioner’s Cup Tournament: U10 Division: 25 points U12 Division: 30 points U14 Division: 35 points Ref Assignments U08 Center = 1 Point U10 Center = 2 Points, AR = 1 Point per AR U12 Center = 3 Points, AR = 2 Points per AR U14 Center = 3 Points, AR = 2 Points per AR U16/U19 Center = 4 Points, AR = 3 Points per AR Missed assignment = up to -3 points per missed assignment. 1 point for each missing referee spot. It is the referees’ responsibility to write team number and referee names legibly on the line up cards for each assignment completed. If names or team number cannot be read, point credits will not be applied to the respective teams. *** Team Volunteer Hours will also be used for Commissioner’s Cup qualification. Teams with less than 100% participation for their scheduled volunteer hours may be disqualified from participation in Commissioner’s Cup.
