12		ALL MARSHALLS NEED TO ENSURE THAT ALL RIDERS ARE NOT USING TRI BARS AT ANY OF THE ROUNDABOUTS ON THE COURSE- PLEASE GIVE ME THE NUMBER AND THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
13		All marshalls are to wear a hi -viz - these can be provided.
14		The purpose of a marshall is to advise on the direction of the course to the rider. Marshalls should not help out with mechanicals or stop traffic.
15		*A timed run after the cycle race will also take place - marshalls are not required for this
