5		Please sign up for an audition/interview time slot on this spreadsheet. If you are auditioning and interviewing, sign up for two time slots.

11		When you arive at Hamilton Hall, please come up to the holding room HAMILTON 301 OR 302 and check in.

13		Please check the time status of the group you are auditioning/interviewing for and arrive 10-15 minutes before you expect to go in.
14			ex. if your slot is for 9:15 and you see that your group is running 5-10min late (updated live), expect to go in at 9:20 and arrive at 9:05

16		You will be called into each production's specific audition/interview room from the holding room when the team is ready for you.

18		All production-specific information/audition sides will be located in the holding room.

25		Productions that are not asking about your availability for a callback on the 14th already have callback times reserved on Thursday the 14th (and some productions a second day).
