If you are in a tight cash position, then you can consider monthly subscription instead of purchasing the software.
7	Rent	Varies	This will vary depending on what size of a space and how much is the rent in your city. This category could be zero if you are working from home. Note that you could write-off some of your home rent or mortgage if you are using part of the space for your business. (Consult your accountant)

You should still allow some money for the bare mininum like getting a website up and business cards printed which may costs you about $3000. If you have some money to spend on marketing, then SEO is a great place to start.
