up Ron Braddock who
showed me everything I
needed from plumbing fixes
to styles that I liked with no
BS. In no time Eric came out
right on time, tore out the old
tub and hauled it away, fixed
the leak as well as the stain
that it caused and installed
my new walk in shower. And,
he did all of this same day.
Couldn't be happier and will
definitely use these guys
again when I need more
work done.

and was great! He was

considerate of my home
and cleaned up after all
the work he did. When
Joe arrived I had an
unsightly, difficult to clean,
unsafe deep garden tub. I
now have a safe, easy to
clean, beautiful shower

on the days of May 26, 27,
and 30 to accomplish this
renovation. He was
pleasant and

dealings with the owner,
Bulat, were most
satisfactory. He was open
and honest ... very
professional in his
demeanor. At the final
walk-through to review the
finished product, he readily
agreed with our
assessment that two
corner moldings were
needed to give the shower
a more finished
appearance and that he
would arrange for an
installer to come to do this
once the materials were
acquired. My wife and I

remarkably did it all in one day.
What I don’t love is the mess that
was left behind. Pieces of the old
bathtub and wall tile. That I had to
clean up myself. In some ways
they went above and beyond and
repainted part of the shower ceiling
but…not the spot they hung a new
shower rod in. And while they did
install a window kit. The window
doesn’t function anymore and I had
to call to get them to come back.
Which they did at an unannounced
time. No call the day prior, on a day
of my choice , thank God I just
happened to have the day off.
Otherwise I would have missed
them. They did put the handle that
was broken off the window back on
but stated that it “wouldn’t do much
as the window still doesn’t open.
But pics and videos were taken.”
They couldn’t get in touch with their
project manager so I should look
out for a call at some point today or
soon. I would also suggest shoe
covers it’d just be appreciated
