Outdoor Education CourseFresh Air EducatorsStudents are required to create a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Customer ID Number in order to access the safety content in this course. This is free but does require them to provide some information that their parent/guardian may need to assist them with. Please review this requirement and reach out with questions prior to enrollment. (see link in next cell). Please note that learners are required to earn 80% on all content within the safety modules (modules 5, 6 and 7) in order to advance and to earn the safety certificate for that module. In addition, students who are 17 years of age and younger, must complete a Field Day to complete their Hunter Education Certification. Information is provided to the student so they can book a Field Day online at a time and location convenient for them. If a student is 18 years of age or older, they just need to complete the Online Hunter Safety Course module to be certified by WIDNR. If a learner has already completed one of the safety modules they should communicate with the WVS office to determine if they can be exempted from that safety module content with proof of certification.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nytTZla12ccvqecp2QEdBZT6Ejcyx6OxKHguahoo2Zw/edit?usp=sharingRequired
