You can edit the white spaces but the colored ones have formulas integrated between the tabs of the spreadsheet and should not be changed. To use it on your PC, phone or tablet just click on File > Download and choose the option that best suits your needs. The formulas were created to tripple check your balance and if there is an error, the field Discrepancies will be different from zero. This will help you find such error quickly, be it on the Cash Register, the Daily Balance on Register or on the Daily Balance on Kyte. 😊 The first check is done in the Cash Register, where you input all the money in and OCTOBER of your cash drawer. If you don't want to make the sum, just add the numbers of bills and coins in the columns named Quantity and the amount ​​will be automatically added to the next column. The second check happens in Daily Balance on Register, where you enter the amount you have at the time you close your shop for the day. The percentages in the Credit Card and Debit Card fields can be changed according to what you have SEPTEMBER with your card charging service and will be the basis for the sum of the card expenses in the Weekly Cash Flow and Monthly Cash Flow tabs. The third check is completed on Daily Balance on Kyte. You will find the data to fill the cells in your app, under the Analytics > Payment Method tab. | |||||||
