1	Data Migration Worksheets Item Record Mapping
2	Sheet 1 is used to describe how information will be mapped over from your current library system's item records into the Koha item record. The list below describes the core item fields in the Koha item record. Fill in the "current" system column with as much data as you know. For example, if your item data will be mapped to a specific bib tag and subfields upon export, specify the tag/subfield where equivalent fields would be mapped (example: location, barcode, etc.). If the data is coming from a tab or comma delimited flat file, specify the field name and position in the file. If you do not know this data ... don't worry ... someone will be able to work with you to determine this information. If you have fields of information that do not map to one of the core Koha item fields listed, list the field(s) and its source in the current system column. There are other fields in the item and related tables in Koha that this data may be able to be mapped.
